Since the center is circular, it’d be cool if it would stay in place without turning the logo, kinda like a Rolls Royce Rim Logo

I so want this cube, but i also wanna wait to see how good the zhanchi v5 is, cause im kinda interested in that one as well and there are no reviews yet
@YesiamsirionixАй бұрын
what do you know about it so far?
@StevenWintringhamАй бұрын
If you have tried the tengyun V2, the zhanchi v5 feels similar. Performance is okay, but the adjustment system is one of the worst I've seen

Hi Shawn! I was womdering if you could explain what the difference in feel and performance is on the Super Weilong 8-magnet and the 20-magnet one? I can get the 8-magnet at a dicounted price of $34 and was wondering if it was worth it, and if it is as good as the 20-magnet ome 😊 I have the Wrm 2021 and I do like it, but it feels a bit unstable, and the magnets are not strong enough for me. Are the magnets in the Super Weillng stronger? Is it the same magnet strength as the Wrm v9 8-magnet ballcore UV?
@SpeedCubeReviewАй бұрын
The eight magnet versus the 20 magnet feel very similar. On the 20 magnet version, they made the corners weaker to compensate. I actually swapped out pieces to make a stronger version by putting the eight magnet corners into the 20 magnet core. I would say either one is fine as you get near identical feeling on both.

is this the best corner cutting cube?
@SpeedCubeReviewАй бұрын
I don't even bother testing that anymore as all puzzles can "corner cut" from basically any spot however I often suggest you tighten the puzzle to restrict corner cutting a bit.

@@SpeedCubeReviewisn't a lot of corner cutting good?
@SpeedCubeReviewАй бұрын
Corner cutting is not always good. The reason why it does not equate directly to a solve is that when we "test corner cutting" it's often from a stable state and not in the middle of twisting and turning. Puzzles that can flex so much that they corner-cut from any angle often are ones that bind up when solving because they are so flexible. Many top solvers actually tighten their puzzles to limit the amount of corner cutting and in trade get a more staple puzzle overall that allows for more fluidity.

You mentioned it felt like a Fangshi cube, did you mean the classic Shuangren? My favorite cube from the non-magnet days, with just the right amount of scratchy feel. If this feels anything like this I'll order one today...

Dawg I’m so sick of stickerless speed cubes. I miss being able to choose my own color scheme along with the limited editions like the mint valk.
