She was born in Casablanca to Moroccan parents who emigrated to Canada when she was one year old. So she's ethnically 100% Moroccan and Moroccan/Canadian by naturalization. And yes she's working on her debut album, but she's such a perfectionist it still may be some time before it's released. I would think "Fur Elise" would be a track on the album if its released this year.

You're actually right, all of her live performances and stripped versions are actually harder to sing!

I particularly liked the acoustic version even more, her voice is perfect for this, what quality, she really deserves success.

Her outfit - she's dressed like a marionette - "puppet on a string" in the lyrics.

In this mindblowing version Faouzia added some spices Taken from her morroccan background and also from the classic opera divas. Notice that the end was performed with one breath Taken 😊. Plus she added a third insane high note like oriental or opera divas do. !! Out this planet for sur . Your reaction was also great. Stay safe

A vocal masterpiece on a Beethoven classical masterpiece ! Faouzia brought in her lyrical genius and gave this Beethoven life that was so captivating to witness ! She is a true artist and a fabulous singer songwriter ! Her ability to navigate through all her registers so seamlessly is magnificent ! Her riffs and runs were absolutely spectacular and looked so easy for her to sing ! I'm amazed that a piano , cello and Faouzia's voice can sound so beautiful ! She is so mesmerizing to watch and definitely deserves more attention in the mainstream scene ! Beauty , brains and talents are three truths we know as Faouzia ! Thank you for continuing your wonderful journey with this tremendous artist. Your KZbin channel is so important to all her fans and new fans all over the world. Keep posting my friend. Sending much thanks and love from Canada 👍🇨🇦❤️

Her voice alone is like an array of instruments in and of itself. She's just incomparable.

So happy that you are enjoying Faouzia.❤ Different people from different cultures have different understandings of "what nationality" a person is. My sister was born in Germany when my Canadian parents were visiting and of course some people insist she is German whereas she believes she is 100% Canadian. Great reaction. I prefer Faouzia stripped versions.❤😂 🥰🥰Big hugs from a Canadian Dear🇨🇦

Fantastic reaction. Glad to find another Arabic person. I believe she has an album coming, and she released a teaser of another song called “woman”. I hope that that is not a song that gets dropped or forgotten or unfinished by her. Because it could show us the direction that she’s taking, which is one that I approve of!
