Vibrant like no other. Amazing bright open overtones. Contrasting thinner vocals, whether in head voice or falsetto, that are absolutely angelic. Her vocals and lyrics always hit deep. Any emotional walls that might be remaining are thoroughly overcome by the most heartfelt vocal runs Ive ever heard. Faouzia's vocals always leave me In awe. As for the lyrics, she seems to have great insight into human nature and knows how to help people overcome. Then there's her fun kind personality and stunning natural beauty. Faouzia, As I am anticipating this concert and waiting patiently for it, I'd like to share a few words. You have an extraordinarily gifted voice. The effortless riffs and runs, powerful belts and angelic head voice is always in perfect technique. You have many stylistic and tonal precisions in your voice, giving it a very delicate and soul bearing feel. I am always impressed with how effortlessly you can prolong different notes and transition between the different placements and registers. There is never a nasality or breathiness in your voice, its always lucid and compelling to hear. The stripped releases have always been my favorite of yours. The monotonous element shared by the rhythmic styling of your voice makes everything you do touching and resonating to us listeners. Please continue releasing songs that are un retouched and authentic like you always have. I see a bright future ahead of you! Also, I recently listened to you performing 'mes cicatrices' in an outdoor concert event and you absolutely have blown me away. I speak Arabic and English fluently and took French classes in high school. But I now I can barely speak it. After listing to you perform that song, it made me want to learn French again. I found Faouzia when I was in a really bad spot in my life. I'd lost 3 friends. They backstabbed me....and then I came across Faouzia who'd written Tears of Gold. I understood that pain. I felt that. And then her son You Don't Even Know Me. It really resonated with me...just the same as Born Without a Heart does. That's the amazing thing about Faouzia.... she has such a personal level in her songs...and this is what I love in an artist. She's also so unique. If her songs came on the radio... I'd know it was Faouzia. Right now in this world...everyone sounds the same...and she...she's brilliant. Amazing. Gorgeous...and UNIQUE! That's what I love in an artist... Faouzia is one of my all time favorite artists. I'd personally love to say Thank You to Faouzia.. because she got me out of the bad spot I was in. She helped me so much. Thank you Faouzia!
