Faouzia, I haven't heard such vocal mastery for years! The last time I was so taken aback was with Leona Lewis! Your range is incredible, and your artistry on your runs is such a pleasure to listen to. You're extremely good at using contrasting timbres to create intrigue and your ability to transition between head and chest voice is crazy good! So well-supported and connected throughout your range. You know when to to belt and when to be restrained, and you know your voice well enough not to overpush. It makes the listener feel very confident in the power and control you have. That's what makes you special. To top it off, you have extreme resonance, a killer vibrato and the ability to emote throughout the whole range, even at the very top. You are a revelation. Definitely worthy of global success and one to watch.

@Thomas Andrews you have to realize that she is still in college and focusing on finishing that right now. When she is able to finish school and release a full project like an album, she will be more recognized and famous for her talent. She has almost 2 million followers and she has only released singles. Getting 100 million streams off only singles is a really big feat. All the artists who are more popular got there after releasing an album and going on tour. Billie Eilish was known before her debut album but she wasn’t a mainstream artist and as big as she is now. She had a few million followers on Instagram before she released the album and now she has over 60 million and almost 30 million KZbin subscribers. Also, before she released the album she also released an ep and she still wasn’t that well known. When she releases a full project, the fame will come! She’s only 20.

Just wanna thank Faouzia for creating the most relatable song ever . I just had a big fight with my toxic mother yesterday, I was bawling my eyes out, and she just said “ yeah , you won’t be fcking able to see tomorrow”. She also said that she wishes that she had never given birth to me and her life would be so much better without me. The problem is that I don’t have anyone else… I don’t have friends,siblings, my father decided to leave few weeks ago. But it’s fine , I wouldn’t change my life anyways. I forgive (for my mental health) but I won’t forget nor love her the same. This song right there , is maybe the story of my life. To anyone who relates , Never depend on another person to be happy. Being alone doesn’t mean being lonely.

Auto-tune is a choice by the producer on behalf of the record label, it has no bearing on the talent of the singer in Pop Music. It is used to ensure perfect pitch on the recording and is used most of the time. You don't realise because it only gets noticed if the singer is off-key or it is used to extremes. Most of these "over-edited, autotuned singers" can sing perfectly well without it, uinless it is used because they are doing a lot of other things during a performance which maybe throws their pitch off a bit i.e. dancing/swinging about on wires in the air etc. There are poor singers out there in Pop but not as many as you probably imagine.

Chris Negron that is more than likely her on the piano with a prerecorded track. She is very good at the piano. Check out some of her other songs such as Bad Dreams. She does play the piano and sing at the same time on some of them. In fact there are uploads on youtube of her doing this on a live performance.

I can literally compare her voice with the big popular voices like Sia, Adele, Katy Perry, Beyonce.... What solidifies my opinion is how she easily pulls off a cover of their songs and owns them! I don't know about others but to me she's already on my top top top list, not waiting for her to get over popular 1st 😂. But seriously I really see her at the top ooo, how has she not blown up yet? Just how come she's not known all over the world? She has the qualities 100%! I love you Faouzia 💖!
@libertass2 жыл бұрын
Are you seriously comparing her to those ladies? I wanna see one of them performing such a demanding song so effortlessly. Just because they are famous, doesn't mean they are at the same level vocally with faouzia. She is much stronger than them in all range, agility, transitions and power. Maybe Beyonce has more power but other than that, just no.
@tink62252 жыл бұрын
@@libertass Beyonce is a vocal god though, you don't have to be a fan to admit that. she's been approved & praised by multiple vocal coaches and she's actually put in the work to get where she is. I cant speak for the other singers cuz idk much about them
@libertass2 жыл бұрын
@@tink6225 all of those ladies are talented and can sing extremely well, the only thing I said is that in my opinion, faouzia's level when it comes to voice control (transitions, agility), is higher. That doesn't mean she is necessarily a better singer overall, that's subjective. Faouzia is also much younger than the other ladies. Beyonce has lowered the tones and belts in recent years to preserve her voice. We all know she can still do them if she wants, my comment did not intend to belittle Beyonce.

I'm so blown away. This is the first I've ever seen of her, but this woman is an absolute vocal legend. The uniqueness of her tone, her velvety low range, her clean and powerful belts, her delicate head voice, her vibrato, her emotional expressiveness. She's an absolute beast, a master of her instrument. Faouzia probably has more talent in her pinky than most of us have in our entire bodies. I can't BELIEVE I've never heard her music before. Also, the song itself is stunning and the lyrics are so moving. Incredible.

That's a bit of innate ability, sure you can expand your voice but there is a limit set with your vocal cords and it varies from person to person. There are very popular and successful singers with low voices, this does not make them worse than her. But I get what you mean.
@ggukiesxk0oxies5194 жыл бұрын
@@asalamander7182 I doubt that, you can literally hear her breath and end of words popping. And if she wasn't that trained then her voices would've strained while hitting highnotes or going fully flat.
