One time they gave me the "We visited you, but you werent home, come to the postoffice... blah" message. i WAS home, the postoffice had closed, and then the weekend came... and i needed that guitar cable!!!

@The Batman: I liked BvS, but to be honest when i came out the cinema first i had this wtf effect. I had to watch it a couple of times and i started to like it, even more after i watched the extended version. Wonder Woman is alright, Aquaman as i said i foundd amazing, Justice League was not that good i agree, Suicide Squad was shit. Watchmen was genius though.

Was a huge marvel comic book fan when I was young and to have all those high production movies come out is like an impossible dream come true. Except you're completely right Ola: The movies just suck! Way too many characters with no personality and way too many 'epic' battles with everyone always stronger than everyone else. Hi Ola! The Slaughtered riff is a tough one, but given that it's in standard tuning (with the usual 1/4 drop), I guess in the first bar Dime used, like you've done in the FAQ, the 1st fret as the root note (when he played the other notes on D strings), then the open E string (with other notes being in A string)...or something like this. It's a hell of a riff to put down!

Hi Ola, here's an idea for some videos. Once you said that you'd like to do more covers so what about covering every pantera from Cowboys From Hell to Reinventing The Steel? Most of the tabs that you can find on the internet are wrong so you can try to show the right way to play some of the most beautiful metal songs ever written. Dimebag is the reason why I start playing guitar so i'd really like to learn the songs I love in the proper way. Really love your videos because they show that if you work hard enough you can live doing what you love to do. P.S. after FAQ 67 i'm saving money for an ML shaped Solar :)

I have a Focusrite and it sounds fine, it can also take a guitar directly without a DI box. They're not top of the line, but you can definitely get great sounds from one. That guy must be using his wrong. I use Glenn Fricker's IR pack from Lancaster Audio, they're $50 and has every mic type, cab, and mic position combo that any metal player could ever need.

Ola! Switch has a ton of really good indies. Check out The Messenger, Celeste, Steamworld Dig 1 and 2 ( you can hop right into the second one), rogue legacy... There are a ton to list, all of those are platformer/ Metroidvania games that will keep you busy. Love you.

I use 11-56 ghs and sometimes 12-60. If your truss rod is set right and your action and intonation set up right and everything it makes the strings feel right. its when the tension is in the wrong spot it makes the strings much too high and hard to use the bigger strings.

Uhmayzing. Jerry is one of the most tasteful rock guitarists of all time. I don't think he has ever played a bad solo, every note is exactly what the song needs. His riffs are killer too. He was my main inspiration for learning how to play nearly 30 years ago.
