I really dont see alot of talk about how this games soundtrack paints perfect story driven imagery. each instrument pours itself into the wet wastes. one of my favorites osts by far

I feel like a plane would be a bit too fast and mobile for a game like this. Maybe more something like a zeppelin/hot air baloon? And the last game in the series then has a hybrid that can drive, sail and fly. xD

Yes, that's exactly how you should play this game: Extremely hectic, wasteful of resources and with no regard for the "well-being" of your vehicle. The player who recorded the video really has it going on!

I have the other issue, I was such a packrat that the underhull had mountains of stuff and I could not walk there without getting trapped. XD

I'd love a third FAR game, I'd imagine it as a coop experience where 1 player controls each one of the characters of FAR: Lone Sails and FAR: Changing Tides. Or maybe a total different setting, who knows, I just want Okomotive to release a third one.

my new favourite game! the ost and in-game sound design is also just gorgeous. That moment when you first submerge and with the air balloon...chills.

I absolutely did not expect the great music in this game. I was so shocked at the score performance. very very surreal and haunting love every second of it. quite honestly if you guys collab'd with marty o'donnel, I would lose it. he just completed one indie game's score, he may do a piece or two for you guys! This game is so incredible and beautiful

the first FAR was the land, the second FAR was the sea, the third one would have to be the sky, FAR: Horizons Beyond, perhaps? :)

Thank you for this ost. It is a wonderful gem of a game. I do hope there is third instalment, they already hinted at balloon flight......but logically where the game finished it could open the doors to a two player co-op version?.......I don't have any friends so I hope there is a solo version too ;)

I think the designers must have played Inside from Playdead before developing part 2 of FAR. There are a few similarities in Changing Tides that weren't in Lone Sails.

I was thinking that when I played this, I didn't play lone sails so I spent most of the game expecting some kind of threat or horror because of its similarity to inside but it never came

If there's onother story of FAR that's gonna be start from the end of far changing tides, where players gonna control both characters ( from FAR loon sails & FAR changing tides ) and i believe that's gonna be awesome with lot's of challenges 😅
