In my mind for me, Sekiro and Elden Ring have been the pinnacle of FromSoft’s music. Sekiro especially I adore for its combat and boss themes, a area which I think Elden Ring is weaker in. But Elden Ring’s ambient tracks, especially with the Capital is some of the best I’ve heard in any kind of game. It’s a thing of beauty.

This is the first ever Fromsoft game where I chose to side with what the guiding npc tells me to do. To arrive in Layndell and get flashes of Anor Londo, I could never think of destroying such beauty.

That of the capital is a beautiful melody. The addition of the notes played by the Oracles makes everything so sad and melancholy that it always leaves me breathless... Thanks for uploading it ❤️🙏🏻
