Onixrobot not unless the mortar system was on trigger fire, and I believe the the round didn’t fire out, so if the firing pin was on drop fire and didn’t fire off the round, then yes the round would’ve been buzzing. However it takes a lot of pressure to crush the fuze which detonated the round. Not the safest but he probably would’ve been aight.

Alex Withington Not exactly. They don’t prime for a few seconds once fired, which is roughly enough time for them to travel 50 meters. That timer is still ticking even if the grenade doesn’t actually _launch._ When a grenade launcher misfires but still strikes the grenade, it basically just becomes an incredibly risky hand grenade

I love how when the 1903 blows up, a full clip just falls from the thing rather than up to 4 just flying around. Makes some sense though from a development perspective. On bolt actions in games often times the clip or even loose bullets are hidden inside the model so they dont have to respawn every time the reload anim plays.

I can tell which gun jam or breach problem the company was going for, and in the case of a seal burst, etc. involving pressure cracks to break and in all honesty, it's quite accurate to some extent. Well, if you follow the info on the Jackals tapes, you will realise that the reason these guns all fall to bits, is because they have seen action many many times over, being recovered from fallen fighters, rebuilt with piece of other guns, given a spit polish and put back on the market.
