Its a shame that they had to kill him off in the game and on such a poor note, rather then have him be the end game boss and right when we taught we kicked the bad guy's ass they pull a 360 twist on us and ends with him still being alive. what they could have done is at the end when Jason and his friends are leaving they should have put Vaas standing on the beach waving goodbye to them!

And besides the game came out back in 2012, most or probably all of the FC fans have played it by now and may share similar opinions about this as me. I think that's one of the best things about Far Cry 3 and 4. The characters. The motion capture, voice acting, and face detail. It's just all really well done and makes them some of the best and most realistic characters in any game.

It's funny, but according to the actor who played Vaas, he really did go off script/out of character when reading the lines he was given. Ubisoft liked him so much that, while he didn't get the part, they wrote an entirely different character for him: Vaas.
