Far Cry 4 - Any% Speedrun (No Cutscenes) -

Decent improvement, but there is still a couple of minutes to shave off. Most of the time save is due to the syringe glitch that Vlad found recently, which lets you keep a syringe effect indefinitely, which saves a lot of time with the focus syringe.
This run was done on patch 1.4, which means I was able to get the invisibility glitch.

Why You go to the arena ? Is a glitch?

Yes, I use the arena for two glitches. 1. Infinite syringes. If you activate a syringe, start the arena, then immediately leave, the syringe will be active indefinitely, and is only cancelled by reloading checkpoint, dying, quitting to menu, or entering Shangri-La. This one works on all patches. 2. Invisibility glitch. If you start an arena fight, and die by getting pounced by an animal, you will be invisible to all enemies, and is cancelled by the same stuff as the syringe glitch. This one only works on patch 1.4 and older.

42:13 - well, actually that's interesting to see who manipulates Jason in FC3. Citra definitely does something shady (She pretty much just manipulate's him into being a warrior and to stay on the Island) Buck is just an asshole, and brings Jason to the pirate traps Denis is trying to help him adapt to surviving on the Island, but you can argue that he told Citra, where Jasons friends are located plus pretty much killing Earnhardt, so I would say he's in grey area (He's the only person who would possibly know where Jason friends are). Hoyt, I'm not sure, not enough screentime to tell. Vaas is an asshole, but smart for not getting caught by Citra's traps, but I would not say that he manipulates Jason. Willis in FC3, helps out Jason to find Oliver and Keith + drops him to South Island. Dr.Earnhardt is genuinely trying to help you to save friends, while risking getting caught and getting killed by Pirates. Sam is also seems to be genuinely helping Jason.

That setting is only in the most recent patch 1.10. This is patch 1.4 :)

Yep! The game accounts for this happening accidentally during the car chase. It can be done after Ajay says "Noore sends her regards", which he says after driving to a certain point. If you kill Paul before this dialogue, you will fail the mission.

In FC2 you're not really getting manipulated, you're being used sure but you choose to do it nobody talks you into helping the factions. You're forced to work for them because it's the only way to reach your target but not manipulated. Overall FC2 is definitely the most realistic when it comes to the characters or rather it doesn't focus on them that much because that's not the point of the game. At least thats what it feels like to me. The game is supposed to be a real life-ish representation of the cycle of war especially in underdeveloped nations and for that to work the characters don't need to be special.

(My honest opinion about every Farcry game I've played) FC2: Good, not much experience so I won't say much. FC3: EXCELLENT story, too easy though, (Wish the PS3 Edition had the hardcore difficulty so I could've tested my limits truly... FC4 EPIC, great story, better mechanics, and overall difficult. FC5 Good-ish story, could've been reworked in the multi-choiced story, and also voice acting for the Player. FC ND: Same with FC5, but.. too short, and the Ultimate Abilities with the double jump should've been the Mid-game point rather tan the end... Primal: Nothing to say, other than that it's PERFECT in everything, asides from the side missions that are very repetitive, but I'll excuse that, hence you can break out of bounds n all, FUN! FC6: Some sweet mechanics, nice story, VOICE ACTING! However... gameplay and enemy/animal NPCs are broken, and overall the world's WAYY too large for the story itself, lol.

Best story is Far Cry 4. Best visuals are probably Far Cry 1 or 5/6. FC1 is very beautiful, even to this day, and Far Cry 5 & 6 has some beautiful nature. Best FC to play casually is Far Cry 5.

yo just wondering if you knew why my far cry 4 wouldn’t save and is stuck in a blackscreen after death also unable to save after doing an action that forces a save (switching weapons, taking side quests)

Well, the game doesn't always let you save or reload checkpoint. As for the black screen, I would probably reinstall the game if that happened to me. I've never heard of that before so I don't have any other suggestions I'm afraid. Try googling it if a reinstall doesn't work :)
