This game really emphasised that there are no clean hands in a conflict situation. Amrita and Sabal are arguably both terrible choices as to who leads Kyrat after the defeat of Pagan. Amrita: A narco-terrorist who rules with an iron fist under the guise of modern ideals. Basically a female Pagan. Sabal: A religious fundamentalist who adheres to traditions that are arguably unacceptable by Western standards. The Golden Path were arguably the real terrorist organisation that the Min regime designated them as. I think it was a missed opportunity to have the option of siding with Min.

Sabal isn't bad because he is "against Western standards". So what? Kyrat is not a western country. He is bad because he kills those who don't agree with him, he forced a minor to become a ruler, and he justifies his violence/orders using religion. While what I mentioned happens to be against Western standards, being against the West doesn't automatically mean bad.
