I was stuck on the car part. The car was already in the water but it was turned sideways. Long story short, after probably 15-20 minutes of trying, I got a lucky jump and was able to reach the other ledge to finally collect the treasure.

Oh my fucking god really, i spend 45 minutes trying to figure this out, i jumped all over that car shot it in every place i could, threw every explosive i had at it, even fucking threw every swear word at it, and all i had to do was press square at the back wheel. CLASSIC, thank fuck for youtube.

Ffs I spent eh last 10 minutes shooting out the tyres and going to the drivers side to see if I can shoot or prompt my character to release the handbrake (The window is open so i assumed I let the handbrake go that way) I hope the guy who thought this puzzle up has soggy toast for the rest of his life

This is a well-known bug they never fixed. You do not need to move the car. Climb to the ledge opposite the car and Just jump over to ledge.
