I don't think so. He's cleverly using this programme to appeal to a wide range of voters, by showing how amicable he is and how well he can get on with representatives of different parties with different views to his. By doing this he promotes his personality as very likeable to everyone, but I don't think that means he's in the bubble of the political class. Like Thatcher, I believe he will stay true to his views and strongly advocate for them.
