Absolutely love this mask! I've been religiously applying it every week and the results are amazing! It has reduced my hair fallout and leaves my hair feeling moisturized and shiny. It even brought back my curling pattern. Recommend this for anyone with dry, fallout, and wants to add length to your hair!

Hello Farah, I know you may not read this, but I thought it was worth a shot! I have recently made a new face mask, and I thought you should know about it. It contains lemon juice, plain natural yogurt, cinnamon, and honey. (Sometimes I add turmeric too.) I use this for exfoliation, moisturization, and I do feel like my pimple scars are fading. Maybe you can try this out, and see if it works for you?! I just wanted to know if this worked for you, and maybe you can share it with others if it does! Thanks!

the pepper mint oil has a cooling effect which means that your scalp feels cool. a natural reaction of your body is then that it wants to warm your head up again which is done by better blood circulation which simultaneously also brings nutrients to the hair roots; this stimulation leads to a better activity of the hair roots which finally leads to hair growth :)

I haven't found any stable research, but I like to alternate between castor, almond, coconut and olive oil each week. You know how farmers alternate between 2-4 different vegetables (which need different minerals for growth) so that the soil can replenish whichever mineral was lost the previous growing season. Kind of the same idea; each of the oils listed above have very similar effects, thus rotating their use will maximize any additional benefits each individual oil contains.

Water and oil don't mix, so when put water first, the oil would just sit on the outside of the wet hair and the benefits of the mix are wasted. It looks that u have an oily hair anyway, that's why u couldn't tell a difference but I'm sure u had this taught at primary.

Ha ha ha. I commented on the other video from 2011 on this. I LOVE this treatment. It is my holy grail hair treatment because it is EVERYTHING!!! I actually do this every other day, and leave it on for an hour or more before I shower at night. It still works like a charm so if you can't do overnight, you can still do an hour or so with wonderful benefits! I have super fine/thin hair and mine was fried from dying and heat. Nothing worked to fix it...except this! I will never go back!

I've heard the opposite of this. I could be wrong but I've been told that sleeping with your hair in a braid or two braids keeps it from moving around as much and doesn't let the hair break off. I think there was a youtuber who grew her hair out by keeping in in a braid at all times for three months
