Yeah.. the title says "DIY: How to Reduce Hair Fall Naturally, Grow Hair and Get Shiny Hair". I'm anemic too so I'm going to try this tomorrow along with the one she uses the ginger with, because I've gotten a lot of fallout strands everywhere lately. I'm also starting to take hair vitamins. And Farah's hair is so gorgeous I'm sure it works wonders.

Coconut oil stays solid in cold temperatures but when it starts to warm up outside, the coconut oil will liquify. I use a tablespoon and spread it on toast with some walnuts for breakfast and it's very healthy. I would love to make your hair paste for my husband since since he's starting to lose his hair but I know he won't leave it on for an hour with a plastic. Thanks for the video.
@Mailoha.Kitchens11 жыл бұрын
You are seriously GORGEOUS! can you do a video thats sorta like a timeline? You have so many videos with so many home remedies and awesome things to use on skin and hair, etc. but can you show how often you do what? For example once a week you use ____ for skin, once a month you use ____ on skin, once a week you use ____ on hair, etc. This video would be SOOO helpful. You had mentioned doing a video like this before but I never saw it. Thank you!

Hi! If the smell is too strong, you should add a few dropes of an essential oil of your choice (rosemary, lemon, ...) to the mixture. It could help!

HEY FARAH! I know you did a underarm care video and you said that deodorant can make armpits darker so I would share that BAKING POWDER works as a natural deodorant. Also a good skin care remedy for break outs, drink 1 tablespoon of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR with 8 ounces of water (2x a day) is absolutely WONDERFUL for skin, and I've tried it, let me tell you my face was glowing by the third day and 3/4ths of my blemishes were gone. LIKE SO FARAH CAN SEE AND GET THE WORD ACROSS, THANKS GUYS!

I love u Farah ive been stressing so much. I am only 20 years old and i am loosing my hair badly. I even have small bald spots its so sad. You saved my life love uu

I did it once and it was very easy to make and use as well. I don't mind the mess 'cos the result is AWESOME. It gives ur hair a super model shiny look!!! However storing it isn't a good idea especially if u live in a city which is as hot and humid as Dhaka. In about 5 to 6 hours the nice herb-y aromatic butter became a puke-y smelly goo so either refrigerate or make a fresh batch each time. I'm definitely gonna make it fresh each time and YES the end result is worth going through all that!!!
@Herhigherself71111 жыл бұрын
Just did it for the first time..... it was very easy to do! :) Kinda messy though haha, but I love the results. My hair looks so shiny and healthy! :)) ♥ I don't mind the smell but for those who do you can always use her "Rosemary Conditionar" :) Thank you Farrah!!!! Xoxo

Love fenugreek. Have always been using it atleast once a week - makes your hair super silky, shiny and very healthy! Warning tho - the first day after wash the particles (fenugreek seed remains) tend to remain on your hair - they fall off by the end of day. But the 2nd day onwards hair looks super conditioned. I haven't tried adding coconut oil but I'm sure that binds the mixture together and makes a smoother paste than just fengreek n water. Love Indian herbal hair care tips

I'm glad you asked this question cause I'm natural (Thick, curly hair) as well but I have serious shedding issues. No bald spots (Thank God!) but the constant shedding does make me nervous. I started to do a black tea rinse (idk the results. only been a week since I did it) but this sounds like a great deep conditioning/protein treatment

I tried this hair mask and found that the smell of fenugreek is too strong for my liking and even after shampooing my hair twice, i could still smell it! Wouldn't be doing this again, just coz of the smell. Also the oil was hard to wash off so had to shampoo twice which made my hair a bit dry. Would still recommend it for occasional use to those who don't mind the fenugreek smell.
