Farali Aloo Ki Sabzi | आलू की सुखी भाजी | fast-upvas-vrat-faral Aloo sabzi | Chetna Patel Recipe

Ingredients:
1 +1/2 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp - Jeera
8-10 no - Chopped Curry Leaves
4 Big - Potato Chopped ( Cut into Chunks )
Mix well
Salt to taste (Sendha Namak - Rock Salt)
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
2 tsp - Sugar
Mix well, sauté everything Properly
1/4 Cup - Roasted Peanut Coarse
1 no - Lemon Juice
Mix well and add
2 tbsp - Coriander leaves Chopped
Serve.
