Zakaria is entirely correct about the purpose of a liberal arts education. What good is a college campus if not for providing a place for the marketplace of ideas? Diversity in all forms is important, including viewpoint diversity.

A timely warning to these students. Education literally means "drawing out" ; that is, for the individual to draw conclusions after hearing all sides of the issue. This is the difference between "education" and "indoctrination".
