Glad you both out and about. Through experience if your body is tired then rest. When on holiday I count how many bags I would use on a bad day then multiply for rest of stay as don`t want to run out of supplies. I also use special tape which is 2 half moon shape which gives extra protection and put Regina kitchen roll over bag. Supplies are pre cut to correct size for me. Happy trips. ❤

Yes I need to discuss these bags and side skirts ( the sticky half moons that’s what I call them) with the stoma nurses still not happy with my set up yet .. just worried that the doctors won’t prescribe 4 months of bags they like to do it monthly apparently and my doctors are absolutely rubbish so it’s going to be a fight we have it with Marks prescription every winter.. we have to temporarily register at my mothers doctor in Somerset for one day just to get his prescription at Christmas.. it’s stupid x

Judy, you're doing great. Don't worry about the tiredness it does get better. Just have a little nap when needed. Your stoma will settle down when you get used to what food suits and what doesn't.
