Marco Reus is leaving Borussia Dortmund after 12 unforgettable years. His home club. His favorite club, with whom he has endured heartache and celebrated countless victories. It's hard to imagine BVB without Marco Reus. Born in Dortmund, he was trained in BVB's youth academy before making his way back home via Ahlen and Gladbach in 2012. As captain, he has seen it all-soaring highs and crushing lows-and if not for his numerous injuries, his trophy cabinet would surely be fuller. 2022/23 Bundesliga season was really painful for Dortmund fans. Losing a golden opportunity to a league title by a goal. Most football fans and players (Including Bayern) across the world thought they could win, but it slipped away. I really felt it for Dortmund, I can't really imagine what it was for Marco. And it was shortly after this that he stepped down as Dortmund captain. Thanks for the memory down the lane of Reus career. He is really a likeable person. All the best to his future career and family
