You've done a great job with it, Scotty. Far more than I originally thought could be possible with the ND. When I went from NA to ND, the biggest change for me was that the ND basically didn't really "need" anything, at least not super urgently. A stubby antenna was all I changed in the first month. When I had the NA I always wanted a little Garage Vary lip on the front, larger wheels, better tires. The USDM ND comes with a lip, and much better rubber than I could find for a 14" wheel on the NA. It has a decent stereo, although I do plan to hack it where it will allow the touch screen to be more functional. The inexpensive things that I can do to mine are mostly modules to plug into it to change certain behaviors of the car, like when windows go up or down automatically. Which is like a totally different mindset than what the NA was like, where we'd have to twist wires and solder things. The only really solid "must have" that I have planned for the future on my ND is probably an exhaust since the factory muffler is so silent.

@@BryceWomeldurf yeah that sounds about right. Literally everything done was not a necessity. Well, except for the sway bars. If you’re going to do ONE thing, do sway bars! The front is a monster though. If you do it yourself, I recommend cutting out the OEM one. The car was already lowered on springs when I got it and felt great. Ended up finding coilovers for a deal but wasn’t needed tbh.

Hey I just found your video and saw on your website you have brackets for the Sard wing for the ND Miata. I have a soft top and want to run the wing but with taller wing stands. Would you know where they can be purchased or do you make them as well?

I have seen taller stands around. I asked one owner and he said they were custom made. IMO the stands that come with the SARD wing are a really nice looking height. I've only seen taller stands on RFs only to clear the top by going over it, whereas I used shorter stands to clear under the top.

Funny after having quite a few Miatas in the last 15 years, the progression obviously has as an M3 (meh at most and overrated).. then a Porsche Boxster S (one of the worst cars I ever had.. no soul.. poor quality..less than meh)… now I am back in a Turbo ND Miata.. loving it.. 👍
