Unfortunately, because of Aramasir's sins, we are stuck with a single water enchantress that gives us little access to the mid field spells that we would at least like to have the option of using in the deck.

Really weird it is hit because I'm pretty sure it's at full power in yhe tcg and no one plays it. Then again unlike the ocg the tcg has Maxx c banned so we don't suffer stupid hits the same way

The concept of the adventure archetype is really cool. It’s kinda sad it was relegated to a few of its cards just being an engine.

well, the concept is that being from isekai, we got the adventure engine all different type and attribute. Then making friends along the way (by placing them to all different type of deck). IF you only play adventure archetype, it's like playing an rpg but only using the first starter 3 support character and 1 mc with trash skill. That's why it succ.

Funniest red eyes kashtira deck has been kashtira toons. Get good value off red eyes egg if you draw another toon (great one for one target also), and can make shangri la off just toon monsters. Seven swords is also kinda busted, because you can clear your toon to summon your kashtiras in a pinch or just to bait ash.

Honestly the deck isn't that terrible. You were legit playing against a top 3 deck and were still making them work for it. Most rogue decks would have folded there lol. Granted I wouldn't call this a rogue option but not unplayable.

Kashtira Adventure can be a mix of Rank 4 and 7 plays, or just ignore their extra deck entirely if Extrav killed all their good stuff. Multirole is also funny for ensuring your spell activations go through, and Hornet Drones token works as an emergency way to make Vishuda and Dracoback live in a pinch. But holy moly, throwing in a "Surprise Charles" option is probably the best suggestion I've ever heard for "Pure Adventure". I've gotta try that at some point.

4:38 For the Equip spells (If this card is sent to the GY: you can target 1 "Adventurer Token" you control; equip this card to that target) and the Field spells. I didn't include Enchantress because the Token is already summoned so not really much of a need to use her effect (outside of maybe putting Fateful Adventure on the field or something).

@FakeHeroFang lol nah I'm fine if people go back to splashing it as an engine. Imo it's already losing its strength as such even in tcg where it's unhit. Also not to mention some decks can still splash it as an engine as is if they have a built in foolish. Cuz all you need is to pitch enchantress and you're off to the races.

I have a pure Adventure TCG deck, 3x of every card. Lots of fun and would play it in Master dual but the banlist makes the pure version unplayable. But its fine as half a deck (more than just the standard engine), worked great with branded as a 60 card deck.

@bionman88 Not in the branded deck, too many bricks. Max out rite, fateful adventure and water enchantress, 2x the gryphon and illegal knight. Then all of the other cards are 1 off (and I only ran the forest of lost flower field spell, not the other field spell). I don't run the new dark wing blast cards as they don't work with branded. The branded cards were pre bystial setup, where there are few continous traps or spells that clashed with the adventure token equip spells. I would usually get the adventure engine started to add equip spells to the hand. Then launch branded fusion to get mirrorjade. You have to discard cards a fair bit in branded, so I would try to discard the equip spells or enchantress to further extend my combos. I am trying to keep the two decks combined as the branded support comes. I will have a major go once the final branded support arrives.

@@verarobinson7591 Dude noone is gonna say you're playing a Kaiju or Psy-Frame engine just because you're playing Gameciel or Gamma. If you're not maxed out on Bystials or using Bystials as part of your combo lines, then that's not using Bystials as an engine, you're just using hand traps. Ghost girls are technically an archetype too, they just don't do anything besides being hand traps. If someone normal summons an Ash to make Baronne, are they playing a ghost girl engine? Or my one copy of Dinowrestler Pankertops makes my deck have a "Dinowrestler" engine? If your card are not either contributing to your archetypes combos or performing combos of their own, it's not an engine.

I’m not sure Coder knows what “Pure” means. “Pure” means something in untainted by outside sources, by playing cards outside of “Adventurer” cards you’re deck isn’t Pure so no you can’t play “Pure Adventurer”

PKs used to abuse the adventure engine back when it dropped around may-august last year. Every ranked match was always a pk rhongo scythe dpe adventure pile.

Yeah for maybe a month. Enchantress and rite both released at 2, then Enchantress was hit to 1 on the very next banlist. Not even Prank got a chance to abuse it, and that's the deck where it was actually good in instead of being turbomeme solitaire deck number 5286

Adventure was too splashable in many decks, so they pre hit it.

The thing is that was only ever the case in the OCG. On the TCG side adventure has never been hit nor has it ever needed to be. There was one format where it *might* have been the best thing but as soon as we hit branded swordsoul format, it died off hard. Several decks attempted to splash it in but it was found to ultimately be less optimal than excluding them. MD immediately nuked the package because it primarily references the OCG formats but even still, it never had a chance to do anything before they kneecapped it.
