Mtg solves pole position by passive effects taking effect in the order they were played. The top of the pole wouldnt change by a passive effect played later.

Could someone help me with a situation? Its, turn 2 against tenpai dragon and I had Magic Mid Breaker Field that says: "During each player's Main Phase 1, monsters on the field cannot be destroyed by their opponent's card effects, also neither player can target monsters their opponent controls. You cannot activate or Set Field Spell Cards." That said... Why the hell the opponent get to imperm my Lancea Dragon ??? I think its a Master Duel issue. I'm about to report that.

For the sake of clarity, does the clause of cards already on the field include face downs? Say i declare magic cylinder, and the opponent has it set, is it unaffected, or is it now stuck face down and cant be activated?

How do cards whose only effect says "Immediately after this effect resolves..." such as Arrivalrivals, work? E.g, "During the Battle Phase: Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 monster. You can only activate 1 "Arrivalrivals" per turn."

As a mtg player, so many of these sound totally insane. I think the 2 biggest for me are no hand verifications, and the uncontrolled loops. No hand verification just seems absurd, and makes any hand targeting effects like the one you mentioned unplayable. I can't imagine any card with that type of effect not including a clause which requires the opponent to reveal their hand as proof. Loops is less crazy, but still seems like a weird way to rule it. Both the old and new versions seem really weird. In Magic, an uncontrolled loop like that just draws the game unless the loop results in someone winning, or someone is capable of breaking the loop. The most famous of these types of loops is Polyraptor and Marauding Raptor. Polyraptor has an ability which makes a copy of itself whenever it takes damage, and marauding raptor says that when a creature enters under your control it deals 2 damage to that creature. This causes you to create an infinite number of Polyraptors, and is uncontrollable unless someone has an instant that can break the loop.

could we get an episode dedicated to floodgates and what you can and can't do because i got banned from my locals for telling the guy in charge that no you can't link summon under rivalry of the warlords especially with dna surgery making everything pyro and there are no pyro links at the time but he insisted and even came back the next week to tell me his judge friend agreed but couldn't elaborate why you could still link summon but not synchro xyz fusion tribute normal special or flip summon
