0:49 I am soo Happy to finally answer that. The Streamer/KZbinr from that clip ist called npesta. He Had this reaction while playing Geometry Dash a very popular 2d Indie game made by Robtop Games. He Had this reaction, because he just beat the at the time 2/3rd hardest level in the game, that task took him 8 months of streaming and over 160.000 attempts. Hence the Reaction.

@@94marci it is a fantastic game! Finally yugioh has something that can compete with other card games online platforms! Though the reason I abandoned the TCG was cause right around the time MD dropped, the TCG was at its worst it has ever been in my opinion. No clue if it has gotten better, but even if it has, the game’s so small where I live that it wouldn’t really matter. It’s literally 6 hours of travel to the nearest local that only has like 4 gatekeeper dudes playing, so unless the TCG has become the greatest ever I am not returning

@@94marci oof! That sucks. It’s so weird how some people be sometimes The thing I hated the most was that the ‘meta’ strat was to go for time. Not even winning the duel, but using a combo deck to go for time being the meta strategy was just too much for. And the fact that if you didn’t open any handtraps going second, immediately scooping was considered the ‘right’ and ‘good’ play. A game that runs like that is not one I wanna be part of. I can handle toxic decks, and I can handle floodgates(which is toxic but still), but I absolutely cannot handle going for time by spending 40 minutes plus per turn and not even wanting to play the game

Its all fun and games until Tear grabs Laundry Dragon Maid from beyond the grave and throws it into a build for its mill 3 effect. Memes aside, Charge of the Light Brigade and Raiden are REALLY good in Tear post-banlist, arguably more so than Diviner (though you should really be playing both). I'm just glad this deck is still playable even if its not a meta warping deck anymore.

because the idiot that designed that card forgot to put a restriction on it to either allow it to only be made if one of the materials is a union monster or if the card equipped from the deck is a union monster. So the problem is that it is either if you meet the conditions to activate it very easy to make a lock with dragon buster the destruction sword or you can use it to send pretty much any card you want to the GY. basically it's banned for the same reason as lavalval chain

To put it in perspective; the OCG has had multiple "no banlist" tournaments where literally everything is legal, and Tearalaments were STILL top tier. It's arguably one of the strongest archetypes ever printed, if not THE strongest.

Late, but adding onto the OCG trivia, their (first) hits to tear way back when were pretty heavy, and yet the deck was still playable and going almost as strong as before. So... the TCG decided to double dip and gave them even heavier hits just to make sure the deck stays down. If they used a missile before, now they pulled the orbital laser, and it was absolutely necessary - they created a monster. And it's believed that Tear might get hit _further_ in future lists.
