Competition guys. I have a physically demanding job where all workers are men obviously. There's no boss we all have our separate skills so we hire each other. But there is an alpha, i remember being unaware of this unspoken hierarchy but it's definitely there. I started challenging the top guys and improved my work ethic and began demanding respect, knowing how to react & carry myself. Everett - I actually do a fair amount of exercise ( calisthenics mostly ), although I really should kick it up a bit with summer going on. I usually only get attention doing parkour XD... I'm not sure you understand Omega males as they are not ruled by any other males nor do they rule over any other males. The omega male is best shown in wolves and goats which have similar male subgenders. In wolves the alpha males lead the pack and are on top of the hierarchy while the betas are ruled by the alpha. The Omega is the the lone wolf that subverts the hierarchy and mates with unfathful females and steals females from the pack. In goats the alpha and beta males butt heads to decide which is the beta and which is the alpha and thus deciding who gets to mate with the female goat. The omega mates with the female while the beta and alpha are distracted and chooses to make with females without the consent of the alpha.
