Yep, that's true. I'm a hospital ICU nurse who goes to other nursing departments when there's a crisis going on and take productive action. I'm proactive and decisive. There's a large number of females in those departments who notice my assertive behavior. I talk to those females after averting a crisis and I don't get that vibe that they like me. When you say girls, you can't truly mean all, but the average. How many do you think are emotional addicts? I've noticed quite a variety regarding how emotional or rational women are when making decisions and to what extent they need to talk to someone (introverts do exist, LOL). On a related note, I got a firm preference for certain personality types and also noticed that no matter how hard I try, I won't get along with some other personality types. When you look at MBTI, or 16 Personalities, I am most attracted to ENTP and ESTP (who both have a rather bad reputation in the community and from my personal experience are more rational and pragmatic, but also less emotional and tend to lean to low empathy and disregard of authority) and I struggle to get along with anything of the type XXFX, in particular Fi-types (ESFP, ISFP, ENFP, INFP). While I'm not autistic, with these personality types, I'm pretty much lost on reading them beyond the things they say directly and that despite otherwise understanding things like irony and allusions, or social cues in general. However, these types remain for me a black-box, erratic, and highly irrational. I can't assume that they work towards what's in the best interest of the group, nor their own. Quite often, they do things that actively harm their own interests for petty reasons and they get angry at someone, but when you ask them they'll always lie and say that everything is fine, and perhaps in a year or even longer they finally get emotionally distant enough to actually say what had triggered them all the way back...

The one craziest thing most guys have no idea about is that first of all you need to look just right for them. If you need their true desire of course. The other things they desire are being told to you in case you didn't know (if you're a super desireable Chad who even bothers to be with her). But trust me, they'd rather go for a real chad with the worst character than for an avarage or even above average guy with the best character you could imagine.
