About 3 1/2 acres. It's a very attractive piece of land with lots of possibilities. Unfortunately, it's too noisy for me. The sound of the road traffic is too much for me. It must be close to a highway.

Na realidade é uma casa e meia, porque a "guest House" precisa muita coisa a ser feita e mesmo a casa principal precisa algumas coisinhas. Acho que 260k é bastante puxado, quando há vivendas a 25min de lisboa por 200k....Esta casa não vende por mais de 175k

A outra construção, obviamente necessita de uma intervenção para se tornar Habitável, mas maioritariamente necessita de uma Limpeza o resto também nao é nada complicado. Em relação ao preço, estamos a falar de uma propriedade que tem tudo e muito perto de Castelo Branco, cerca de 5 minutos. Tem o sossego do campo e as vantagens da cidade. O feedback que tenho em relação as propriedades perto de Lisboa não é esse, basta fazer uma pesquisa pela internet, mas estamos a falar de mercados diferentes, portanto nao posso comparar.
