Have you checked out getting a regular mounted bale spear without the bucket? What you have does work, but your weight of the bale is a long way in front of the tractor and the leverage makes it more prone to tipping. A full time spear brings your bale closer to the tractor, making it more stable.

Have u ever thought about raising quail. My uncle did that years back and it always fascinated me.
