Depending on your requirement. You want to buy for self use or for investment. This property is totally based on self-use holiday home, but Sector 135 farm houses are much better than 150.

There have been many time bulldozer used on these farmhouses. What is the reality of these farmhouses. are they legal. Is registry possible on these. Yes registery is already opened in Ashoka farms sec 151 Noida. Nd in the coming days the registery in other sectors in Noida will also open again …..everything is legal here……don’t worry just follow the 10% construction laws for farmhouses.
