Bhaisaab noida me is time 25-30k flats khaali pade hain..koi buyer nahi hai unka! Builders aur dealers ki haramzadgi ki koi seema nahi hai..aur logo ki bewkoofi ki bhi koi limit nahi

Greater Noida Mai to teen char sector ko chhor kar kahi bhi liya to keemat to karodo mai hai...rental 3 se 5 hazar.... mazdoor ya taxi driver rahte hai....kuch sector to aise hai jaha wo bhi nahi rahna chahte.....makan band pade hai....samajh hi nahi aa raha itni mahngi property kaun le Raha hai.....

Meri society mai bhi flat ki cost 2bhk ki 1cr aagie hai... And rent bs 15k hai... Iske hisab sey 55 sal lgne hai return aane mai... Or tb tk society ki hlay kya ho jie gi ap soch he sktey ho... Delhi- noida- greater noida mai society re development k concept nahi hai.

please make a video on the toll charges which are now forcefully taken at yamuna expressway exit 2 near galgotia university while going from noida to jaypee sports city and sectors like 17, 22, 25, 18, 20 . Even the flat owners of jaypee sports city township are forced to pay toll of 30 rs. if there is no free movement to the sectors of yeida from yamuna expressway, how this area will be developed

Builders and brokerage platforms ne mil kar price inflate kara diye hain.. pichhle 2 saal me rates double ho gaye hain.. bina kisi logic ke.. demand me increase jhooth lagta hai.. sach baat to hai ki jobs primary and biggest reason hota hai demand badhne ka.. but jobs to cut hui hain badhi hi nahi.. Noida me.. Survey hona chahiye and regulations lagni chahiye

प्रॉपर्टी में इन्वेस्ट करना और रहने के लिए खरीदना दोनों बिल्कुल अलग बात हैं। वह समय 10-15 साल पहले बीत गया जब लोग लॉन्च मैं इन्वेस्ट करते थे और नींव से पहले मुनाफा कमा के निकल जाते थे। यूनीटेक, आम्रपाली आदि बहुत सी कंपनियां प्रोजेक्ट्स खत्म ही नहीं कर पाईं नोएडा में तो 10% देके कई बिल्डरों ने प्लॉट तो लिए लेकिन बना नहीं पाए अगर बना लिए तो रजिस्ट्री नहीं हो रही, साफ़ सुथरे प्रोजेक्ट्स बहुत कम हैं । अगर खुद के रहने के लिए लेना है तो ready to move ही लें। इन्वेस्ट करना है तो शेयर, mutual fund, gold, FD ज्यादा बेहतर विकल्प हैं liquidate भी आसानी से हो जाते हैं।
