please make a video on the toll charges which are now forcefully taken at yamuna expressway exit 2 near galgotia university while going from noida to jaypee sports city and sectors like 17, 22, 25, 18, 20 . Even the flat owners of jaypee sports city township are forced to pay toll of 30 rs. if there is no free movement to the sectors of yeida from yamuna expressway, how this area will be developed

प्रॉपर्टी में इन्वेस्ट करना और रहने के लिए खरीदना दोनों बिल्कुल अलग बात हैं। वह समय 10-15 साल पहले बीत गया जब लोग लॉन्च मैं इन्वेस्ट करते थे और नींव से पहले मुनाफा कमा के निकल जाते थे। यूनीटेक, आम्रपाली आदि बहुत सी कंपनियां प्रोजेक्ट्स खत्म ही नहीं कर पाईं नोएडा में तो 10% देके कई बिल्डरों ने प्लॉट तो लिए लेकिन बना नहीं पाए अगर बना लिए तो रजिस्ट्री नहीं हो रही, साफ़ सुथरे प्रोजेक्ट्स बहुत कम हैं । अगर खुद के रहने के लिए लेना है तो ready to move ही लें। इन्वेस्ट करना है तो शेयर, mutual fund, gold, FD ज्यादा बेहतर विकल्प हैं liquidate भी आसानी से हो जाते हैं।
