I love herbs and all the amazing things that they do for our bodies! I’d never heard of this company, thanks so much for sharing! I ordered some of their rose powder after seeing this video, and I tried the mix of local honey, rose powder, and hot water it’s lovely in the evenings before bed! Could I ask where you got your amazing wire wall basket storage on your wall by the fridge? I assume that’s where you keep your most of your herbs. Id love to find something similar for our pantry space!

Yay for herb and mushroom allies! I run a local mushroom farm that prepares powders and tinctures, and you’re absolutely correct to be looking out for fillers. For the most benefit choose mushroom products with only fruiting bodies, no grains or other fillers. I’m also taking a lemon balm tincture lately as I work through the stress of a move from Iowa to Washington. This video was a treat to watch while packing ❤️
