I'd argue she's probably put up videos like this because they're looking for property and this is a good way to have buyers tour without physically visiting. Alot of times when she is going to or has put a horse for sale , she makes "showcase" videos for them. It's a good marketing strategy. Plus the farm is visible on Google maps by address so it's not really a secret right

I just wanted to tell you how much i enjoy your videos, they are so calming to me, and very educational, since someday i would love to at least have a horse or two myself- I have autism/ADHD and i get extreme anxiety when i have to get ready to leave my house, and i work a couple days a week at a barn to pay for my riding lessons, and i always watch your videos while i am getting ready for work, they keep my anxiety under control! I love what you do, you are living the dream, and you are doing it the best way!

Awesome tour!! Your home is beautiful, I totally understand about old homes. Mine was built in 1900 and with a 124 year old house there’s lots of maintenance. I’ll keep you in my prayers that you are able to find the property that you and Kyle need and want. You’ve put so much time and money into where you live and work and it shows!! Your horses, Koa and Penelope are very lucky. 💛 You looked beautiful in this video, it’s wonderful seeing your hair down. I usually have mine up in a bun on most days. Ezzy is getting so tall!!!

I think you mean sell the boards that would be salvaged from the barn when it’s torn down. I agree, there’s so many things that could be done with the old barn boards and timbers. A close relative has a beautiful fireplace mantel that was cut from a rough hewn barn timber that was probably over a hundred years old.

I have a friend that is fortunate enough to have a gas well on her property, and every building is heated, including the indoor arena. It's great to walk around without coats on. I'm in Southern Ontario, and we get the bad winters that you get too. Thanks for the tour, it gives us a better visualization for the layout of your property.

Beautiful piece of property!! Yes there are some people who need to be told to stay off private property!! I love the old barns and it is said to see them being torn down and falling down. However if you think how long some of them have been standing, they are more than ready to be falling down or being torn down for just safety reasons. Thank you for sharing.
