The mastitis detection test with the white 4-part tray that was described in the early part of the video is called a CMT (California Mastitis Test) The milk becomes thick and coagulated in one or more of the small plates when a special solution is added, if there is a high sematic or infected cell count present. We used this test back in the 70's and 80's. S. Carolina (USA)

Good video Evie. We use to do the solution. But in the last month or so we have started using dishwashing liquid. We fill up a 1 litre bottle of water and just add dishwashing liquid to it
