Core Keeper and Farmagia are my sleeper hits of the year. 2023 had SO many amazing games and 2024 has by comparison seemed like a slower more quiet year. Thats not to say there hasnt been any good releases but 2023 will live on as one of my favorite years in gaming. Switch, PS5 and Steam all day amazing games, amazing DLC was dropped for someone of my all time favorite games. Im barely through my 2023 backlog. Core Keeper and Farmagia werent even on my radar until after they came out and WOW. Excellent games that came out of nowhere for me.

I've been excited for this since the initial reveal. The only thing I was worried about was the performance on Switch, so with that being good I'm definitely buying this tomorrow. I need something to hold me over until Run Factory comes out. That's really the only type of farming simulator I've liked. (Basically just ignoring the farming aspect and playing a solid RPG with romance elements).

I’m actually really enjoying this game, I love the voiced story Visual Novel sections. The gameplay is fun! I just got finished beating a double boss I had been stuck on!

nah for me,ever since it was announced i had my eye on this game,since im a HUGE fan of Hiro Mashima's works,and im glad i did,like you say,is a surprisingly fun and enjoyable game,my nitpick is that the character portraits can look a bit off during the story scenes,been complety motionless while only their mouths move

Thanks for the review, always value this site/community recommendations so a high score always makes me sit up and take notice. It sounds like something I would like to play but between finishing up Metaphor, Starting Alan Wake 2, continuing Sonic Generations and waiting for my physical copies of Ravenswatch and Wildermyth to come at the end of the month I don't see how to fit it in to my schedule.... Hopefully it will find it's audience and could perhaps be on a sale by the New Year when I could try and pick it up ❤️

I'm not a huge Dynasty Warriors fan, and the game was definitely giving me DW/Pikmin vibes and I was unsure on how the product would come together. That said, it seems like it could actually be pretty fun based off the review, so I'll definitely be checking it out at some point.
