I found 1 thing on Google that says about 80 lbs. I think the flywheel on my M has got to be around 100 lbs or so. Thanks for watching

im allways tempted to try and change the position of the ring gear , so the bendix will engauge in a fresh spot,,,,,,,cant be done ,,,,,,,it would be nice if they could be rotated 180 degrees,,,,,no can do,,,, wunder why they design the fly wheels like that ? knowing my luck the engine would stop rolling in the opposite position ha, ha

I haven't done it yet but the ring gear is usually removable and could be rotated to a different spot

These flywheels are positioned in one spot because there are timing marks on it.

@@AndyFromm ive done a couple ,,,,,,you have to crack them to get them off,,,,,then to put the new on ,,you have to heat it with acetalene ,and drop it on ,its a shrink fit .,,,,cheers
