Joined your channel yesterday, been watching for a wee while but didn't know there was membership! Supporting voices with lived experience is important in this sort of thing. I can be angry / frustrated / upset at what I see but people like you and JulieJo know the true impact of working in these environments and can 'speak' to people on a relatable level that may eventually resonate 🌟🌟🌟

I was let go from a job (not an MLM) when our location closed. There was a lot of emotion that went with it, because we all felt kind of betrayed by the company and we were sad that we likely wouldn't see our customers anymore. We definitely had an emotional attachment to the job. So it felt weird when other companies would approach us with offers when we hadn't even wrapped our heads around what was happening yet. Obviously it was a good thing other places wanted us to work for them, but at the same time it felt aggressive and intrusive. Like, let us breathe for a second before you swoop in, please. A lot of these reps are probably really sad about Vic closing, because even if their pay wasn't good, they still loved doing it, and the last thing they need is all the vultures passive aggressively dive-bombing them.

Please don't equate mlms to scavengers. Scavengers serve an important part of the ecosystem don't insult them by associating them with mlms lmao ...but seriously thank you for bringing your knowledge to the table about this, showing us how this stuff goes down.

I have been watching your videos (new here) and they have been very informative. I’ve never been in an MLM but almost worked as customer service for one through a third party company I had been working for (found out it was an MlM on like the third day of training when I looked more into it after the trainer got upset when people questioned the whole downline thing😬)

Vultures are a million times better than predatory huns!! They're very important to the ecosystem! They're totally adapted to breaking down carcasses without getting sick. Without them, other species like rats or wild dogs can explode and spread rabies and other animal-to-human diseases. Vultures are common in North America, but many species of vultures are endangered and quickly declining around the world due to habitat loss and poisoning (people poison predator species such as lions, and ONE poisoned lion carcass can kill literally HUNDREDS of vultures). That's the end of my vulture ramble. Remember to thank a vulture the next time you see one! The first day of September is International Vulture Awareness Day 🦅

If Vic Beauty is closing, I wonder how many reps will actually take a step back and consider their options vs jumping quickly into another MLM. I know what it's like to suddenly lose a job (was not an MLM) and I took the first job I could find so that I could stop feeling that panic about "how was I going to pay my bills?".

These poor participants from Vic Beauty are now in an extremely vulnerable position. Of course, another team from another MLM will prey upon them. We’ve seen in the past that participants that had been out of their MLM unwillingly are more likely be open to the idea of joining another one. While it is an awful move from the Farmasi huns, for them it’s a golden opportunity since there’s so many people you can recruit.

Its very strange how little official information there is out there about Vic closing, even on reddit which shocked me. I did find a lady on FB who was with Vic (and jumped to Bellame 2 days ago) who seemed to confirm that Vic "might" be closing down. But she jumped ship really quick so I wonder how likely it really is, and how soon it will happen. Even if it doesn't this whole situation has damaged Vic and I am sure they have lost a lot of distributors in the last week. Either way, thanks for leading with compassion Erin! On a completely random note, I definitely would have gone for the sharks in the water smelling a drop of vulnerability angle 🙃

Farmasi is one of the worst , some of the most manipulative, greedy , heartless people are in this company, plus the owners are so sleezy and not trustworthy at all, in my opinion. I wish a big deep dive was done on this company and talked about by many. Farmasi bashes each other , yes they are full of the mean girl club that got in at Farmasi when it first came to the US and they left their mlm brought their team and at that time for every person you recruited you got like $40 and you do have to have team members to rank up and to make money , they do get a few customers, you know family and friends that will plus the ones the "create" and pay for with pre paid credit cards, which sometimes your upline has sent to you to purchase and become a BI. Yes this happens and your upline teaches you this in private group chats. I know this first hand cause I got conned in joining with my friend, I wasn't going to sell but be her assistant and help her so I seen alot and when I seen how she started changing cause she was making money , she went $20,000 in debt whe in Younique, she thought she was the same person, I was jealous, no my friend , just sad at how greed and love bombing really changed her. So I left. Sorry I always seem to write a story on here. I just love how you and many others are Educating us on ALL MLM'S , and honestly it's not the people it's the Companies and how they teach you to manipulate, brainwash, love bomb, vulnerable woman (mostly) , just sickens me
