No one should have to use their earnings outside the taxes they already pay, to carry out the government’s responsibilities. The problem is they are puppets for the psychopathic sociopath elites. Blkicemike4857, probably the best resolve to fix veteran homelessness and suicide rates is if Congress approved an infrastructure bill that gives all VA installations a massive makeover fulfilling the Abraham Lincoln motto: To care for those who shall have borne the battle and for their families and survivors cause for housing to get built on every VA installation in the United States. This housing would be similar to standalone single-family homes on military bases. The VA would have educational institutions so veterans capable of working can develop job skills and be easily placed into Federal jobs. Transportation assistance for work. Veterans would be closer to their appointments on the installation. They won’t feel alone and isolated in a community designed to help veterans succeed. Any veteran honorably discharged experiencing financial hardship could apply online, over the phone, or directly at the VA. They claim they have homeless programs at the VA, but they give veterans Section 8 housing in dangerous low-income areas, veterans deserve better from this country. Giving homeless veterans turkey dinners once a year just isn’t enough. Renting out small hotel rooms isn’t a place to call home. When they start investing real funding in veterans instead of illegal immigrants and billions into endless wars like Ukraine, then they will be doing a good service to those who joined the US military service for this nation, so their sons and daughters don't have to be drafted in wartime.

An overwhelming majority of food grown in the United States is in the form of Corn and Soy; most of that is exported to other countries for use in animal agriculture. The vast majority of our food items are imported from other countries. Most american farmers grow very little food for america.

I quickly informed them that we were not for sale and that we wouldn't sell for a billion per acre to them! If you have farm land or any other substantial amount of land hold on to it.... they don't make it anymore. If you do want to sell, sell to another American loving farmer or business.

Most Americans these days don't understand how economy works. Products don't fall from the sky and goods need to be produced and that includes a wide range, including farmed goods. I worked manufacturing plants all my life until retirement, and none of the jobs I performed could be performed remotely. A farmers day starts early and ends late, and at times, depending on Mother Nature, he may be up through the night. Should people show up at the grocers and the shelves are empty, most wouldn't know what to do or where to turn. My prayers go with you John Boyd.
