‘Farmer vs Mahal contest’ in MP debate: Jyotiraditya Scindia's son gives befitting reply

The Son of Jyotiraditya Scindia, Aryaman Scindia replied to the Congress’ accusations of the Farmer vs Mahal fight in Madhya Pradesh’s Guna Jyotiraditya Scindia looks to reclaim lost glory in former bastion Guna. Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia is again in the electoral fray from Madhya Pradesh’s Guna, a parliamentary constituency he has won on four occasions as a Congress candidate. However, in 2019, in a setback, Jyotiraditya Scindia lost to his former aide Krishna Pal Yadav of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) by a sizeable margin of over 125,000 votes from Guna. In 2020, Jyotiraditya defected to the BJP. Jyotiraditya faces Congress' Rao Yadavendra Singh Yadav, son of the former BJP legislator Deshraj Singh Yadav.
Aryaman Scindia said, “You ask me, I spend half of my time in the Mandi because my business is related to the Mandi and farmers. I have spent 2 years in the mandi with the farmers in Gwalior, Shivpuri, and Guna. I know how the supply chain works. I spend most of my time with the people. It is all opposition propaganda.”
