I feel sooo seen by this. I was like screaming. I have the same issues with being a sleepy gal/thyroid issues. It is soooo frustrating. Makes you feel like you're a lazy butt but you just can't help the sleepy feeling. Ugh, I'm going through a rough sleepy patch right now so this felt so relatable. Thanks for being open and chatting about it. I actually found out about the chronic illness/hashimoto from your videos. I always had thyroid problems but had no idea it could go further than that. Love your vids!

I agree!! I honestly don’t know why I’m so sleepy all the time so idk but I’ve gotten blood work & done all the test but the doctor said I was fine 🤷♀️ We think it’s possibly anxiety Being so sleepy makes me feel so lazy so I’m happy to know I’m not alone in that because i never hear people talking about it & i tend to feel bad for taking the rest my body is needing. I’m happy to know there are more people that are like this & hopefully I can get a confirmation abt what is going on😂❤️

I've been told that the Hashimoto medication lowers your magnesium level quite a bit (which can be a reason for reoccurring migraines)... I took a high dosage every day for some time and it worked for me :) lots of loveee!

TAKE CARE!!!!

green onions are actually super easy to grow! I just cut the root end off and put it in a glass with water and it's been thriving next to my kitchen window (:

For larger knives, would recommend pinching the blade with your thumb and pointer finger and then wrapping the rest of your hand around the handle. A bit hard to describe but it gives you a lot more control and utilizes your whole arm instead of just your wrist!

If you’ve had Covid somewhat recently, Long Covid can cause chronic fatigue (it’s been compared to ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). Might be something to check into.

hey girl, I really enjoyed your video. I’m thinking about going to a farmers market for the first time so tsm for this! I also heard that you said you have anxiety? I just wanted to tell you that I delt with that SEVERELY throughout high school to my first years in college, I got on medication for it as well. And I cried out to Jesus Christ while going through the roughest time this summer and he delivered me from all my anxiety, depression, worries, and stress. I literally woke up the next morning with so much freedom and not feeling weighed down and from that moment I started to experience life sooo much better.. I literally thought I would have to experience all those things for the rest of my life and when I cried to him with my whole heart, he got rid of it in seconds. I just wanted to say that what he does for one, he can do for another. It’s not even about religion- like the world will tell you. It’s about coming into relationship with the one who made you and knows all your going through, and wants to set you free if we’d just turn to him. He wants you to repent and give your heart to him, he will do the rest. If you want prayer for that spirit to leave you like it did me, visit the forerunner map on www.thesupernaturallife.org and reach out to someone and they will pray a prayer over you for your deliverance and it can leave you, just like that. I hope you choose to look into this, there is a real Jesus in heaven wanting to set you free bc he loves you ❤.

i had to stop taking my ssri for the same reason ! anytime i went above a 5 mg dose of lexapro (which is basically low enough for a baby lol), i'd be so exhausted. at the worst of it, i'd be sleeping 12-14 hours a day. it really decreases your quality of life :/ i'm glad you're working on fixing it!

That's so funny haha i work at a trader joe's and we do get them and they do sell really fast but i'm pretty sure all the stores are at a one case order limit when we used to be able to have back stock and usually that means there's a green onion shortage somewhere 😅😅
