Not bad. Not exactly what I was looking for (I just got some foam boards and I am searching for ideas) but I can tell it really works. I made windowsill the same way already, some time ago. And I used similar method for a shoe rack in the past too - I got one with "shelves" containing only 2 sticks that wouldn't hold my shoes at all so I glued some foam boards between them, turning them into regular shelves.
