In '78, I was 14 years old running a 8430 and a 7700. I thought I was bad as_. Wish I could do it all over again. Thanks for sharing the memories.

I still use a 1949 A, 4020, 4320, 4055 and 8330 for tractors and a 36 year old 7720 titan II combine. The older...the better it was made!

I wish i could return to those days. I felt so alive running that equipment and that smell of the land after it was turned along with the sound of the engine while harvesting or planting.❤❤

Great video! Looked like big operators for 1978. I was born a year later, in ‘79. Spraying outfit looked crude! But they didn’t have anything better back then. Today, us farmers have it so much easier with equipment being used, but I think it’s far more stressful. We had a Chevy C50 grain truck same cab style as this one. Neat old 1940’s(?) car parked on rd in background.
@prjndigo Жыл бұрын
oh, they had tons better stuff for spraying back then, but everybody still had working older tractors because Deere hadn't figured out how to have them fail 3 weeks after the lease was up yet
