I have actually made a conveyor for solid manure for a customer IRL. You get +30% for each fertilizer stage and +10% for a plowed field, making it +100% total.

If you plow and fertilise a field you get100% more productivity! 90% for the fertilising and 10% for the plowing!

Depends on the game settings. You can set it to 1 (90%) or 3 (30%+30%+30%) fertilizer states and period ploughing needed to on/off. I don't know how the ploughing really affects it - if you can't get the extra 10% (over 3 harvests) at all or if the fertilizer then goes up to 100%

The muck would be a lot better than granular fert, maize tends to stop the ground of a lot of nutrients and soil, therefore putting the manure on the field not only fertilises it but also adds back to the field!

The manure spreader has a larger capacity than the dump trailer so it would have been more efficient fetching the manure from the farm each time.

in fact ive never really seen many people load manure with a fork in a while. shovels are just easier and you dont need to have another attachment.

You should get money for the bales. Actually you should get them out of the field manually to sell and do it as efficiently as possible without destroying too much crop. This struggle could create a job you have never done and we have never watched.
