Damn, that's exactly what I needed! Together with the "Tree Sapling Pack" mod I can finally plant my forest! Thank you! Liked and subbed! Btw, in the xml is also a value for the distance between two planted saplings, I changed mine to "5"

Oh you could use the same method on the harvestor, except on the header, the speedlimit is under the Cutter Tag instead of the base

Maybe its on your to dp list, but the working width on say a baler. ( vermeer self propelled baler) I know how to change it on mods, but i cant figure it out on the base game stuff without doing it right in the OG file.

those nodes are located in the i3d, you could manually edit them in the i3d via text editor moving the transform work areas using numbers... but thats gonna be obsolete with GE10. I am not making those videos yet.

i3d file with notepad ++, search "workareas" and set the first number, which is "3.1" so " translation="3.1 0 0.346464" " translation="8 0 0.346464" " I replaced 3.1 with 8, now do the same for each of the 3 lines "workAreaStart" "workAreaWidth" "workAreaHeight" don't forget the - in width so it will be -8

Have followed this to the letter to try and increase tractor speed but no matter what value I put for maxforward speed the tractor does not get any faster and yes I have deleted the transmision and made it auto. When in cab the mas speed display does go up to what I have increaded it to but the vehicle does not atually get to the speed displayed, also the speed does not increase in the shop.

You need to add a little torque then... max forward gear ration like 10.. it works, your just missing setting. You can just copy the whole engine configuration from the truck etc

@@LAMBOMODS yeah I think its my figures that are incorrect, I suspect that when I change maxspeed to '90' its not MPH but KMH so altho I have set to 90, the vehicle only achieves just over 50 MPH

Just increased all figures by x 10 so the game says it can do 3000mph but the tractor still will not go above 52mph. Been trying this for 3 hours now with no joy, guess I am a bit old and should leave it to the young cats!

I think you don't know what modding is. Modding is short for modifications, editing values in the xml is the Core of modding. If you are meaning 3d modeling, then that's a different topic. You take a 3d model and change values in the xml... So this is really modding
