Unfortunately my crystal ball is broke lol, But Make due with your time and polish the code. Giants editor is a distraction for alot of new modders.

I learned how to do this yesterday. In looking for a spreadsheet calculator to help, I did find a google sheets doc that was created for FS19 and still works.

I have a spreadsheet that I e been using since fs19, can’t remember who I got it from but it helps keep everything in line. This video only really works with automatic transmissions because manual transmissions have the gear ratios for each individual gear (1-18, or however many gear you have) which would also have to be tweaked if you want optimal performance). When I get to my computer I will try to add it here.

The only torque scale excel i know of is still the FS19 one, i havent found a newer one, that one still seems to work if you want match your torque scale,maxrpm,gear ratio,HP and speed all together

Thanks again Lambo. I been trying to make a mod for a Hardi Mega 1200L Sprayer just so i can up the Cap but it doesn't seem to work as the mod it's not showing in the game. I am a complete noobie when it comes to these kind of things but your videos has teach me a lot so i thank you again. i thought it could be the mod it self so i tried a Weeder but still having the same trouble, i got no idea what i am doing wrong but there is no mods out there for Weeders or Sprayers.

So i downloaded the game off Steam. I am completely new to pc. I can not find the vehicle xml files under the Farm Sim 25 file. Can you help me out here. Thanks Nick

I like your videos! Great job! But i have a question, im struggling a little bit. I downloaded a mod that i wanted to tweak for personal use. So used 7zip to extract the mod, made some changes in the xml (in this case i tweaked the production cycles an hour),saved the xml, i zipped it all together, put it in the mod folder. Not showing up in game. I tried it with different mods that i downloaded. The original shows up in game. But when i edit one and put it back in the mod folder, nothing there. Help please?! 😇(Btw used 7zip and also tried winrar. Tried different packing methods, but not 1 works.

Sounds like it reading the wrong file, Make sure when you zip, (not needed if your not uploading or playing on server) you delete the prior zips. Ill be making a video to go over mods folder, seems to be a tuff topic for alot.

@LAMBOMODS yeah i did remove it from the mod folder, then unpacked it and edited it and zipped it back up. I tried different mods as well but nothing popped back up in game, while its the only mod in mod folder.
