Thornton is loosely based in Gloucestershire. The original map in fs17 was created by oxygendavid there's parts of the map taken from around Glos and some parts fictional.

Oh Richard the one your thinking of just remembered the load was lifted up off the levers that lift the 3 point linkage arms and the trip bucket drove one same as what your thinking of as a boy to .

My grandad grew up on a farm in Scotland and said it was a huge change when they went from shires to the grey fergie! I'm always showing him stuff in farming simulator 😅

My dad had a red fergy 35x and it had the Horndraulic trip loader on it. I can remember when we first started making round bales back in the early 80's and i nearly tipped it over with a round bale on the front loader it wasn't quite man enough really for handling the big bales. but it was a great little tractor and it did us proud right up to the early 2000's when unfortunately the engine seized up. I can remember my dad saying he paid £450 for the tractor and loader secondhand at a farm sale back in 1970 and then at the end after the engine seized up a local secondhand tractor dealer paid us £1,000 for it and they were going to put another engine in it and then export it........ the old 35x is probably still going now somewhere i expect

Richard great video. The Lever on the right is for the Multi Power. I have only ever seen 1 Massey 35 X Multi Power, think they are quiet rare.

Old massey 35 had a trip bucket it had a chain from memory we have 3 35 Ferguson and a tea 20 petrol on of the 35 has a front end loader it has hydraulic tip bucket and a diff lock it is a x model 3 cylinder engine other one also has a 3 cylinder engine and a grey and gold belly four cylinder desiel engine .
