Also the important thing which is missing in current system is the nutrient cycle. We are mining nutrients from our villages and transporting it to urban areas but the reverse flow is not happening. Most of our food waste either ends up in big dumps or goes down the drain gets mixed with chemicals and plastic.

Politicians in india Primarily create policies to secure their votes and maintain power for their 5 year business term, majorly politicians are capitalist they interested in money and power. their goal is political gains,instead of addressing societal problems. From Ramoo sir i learned if you are truly concerned about a problem take a step and action it is the solution, rather than focusing to much on absence of policies and waiting for others to adress the issue taking a step is the real way forward. Thanks for another day of motivating us..

We buy raw materials for agriculture in retail. And sell our produce to wholesaler less than whole sale price.

On the few field experiences of his, and solution to the same that he shared, has he published any paper on that subject matter ? However, his stand on 'chemical' fertilizer appears to be at odds with achievements of Dutch farmers - what's missing ?
@Farmizen9 күн бұрын
Yes several papers - you can look at csa-india.org for the research

The statement about distortions in the words and actions. Both are different. Millets is one example not recognized and there is a lobby trying to push millets in to pds system hasnt happened and millets growing is good for soils and environment.

If you touch fertilizer ...you know what happened to Srilankan policy that lead to food shortage?
@Farmizen10 күн бұрын
Yes we cover the reason for the srilankan debacle in the discussion

So, there is no solution. People watching this understand the problem, feel bad about the problem but we are not part of the solution and we do not have any influence or role to play from our PC's
@Farmizen10 күн бұрын
There is a solution , we speak about it towards the end. And consumers have an important role to play in that solution
