I got mine in the mail about 2 weeks ago. Its the fake carbon fiber version. To my surprise it came with a full wrap handle. Put a 25 in bar on it. Pulls real fast and nice. Little vibrating when running but for $250, great buy.

I’ve bought this same chainsaw about twelve months ago and it’s been working pretty good so far. Over here in Australia they are called a NeoTec!. It leaks a bit of oil but I put silicone around the circumference of the place where to bar oil comes out, now the oil goes on the chain instead of everywhere else. One of the bar nuts stripped so I changed them for genuine OEM ones, other than that I love it. Cheers 🍻

I am waiting on my neo tec 872 with the 24inch bar, ms380 clone right now. I got it at a great sale price of $250 counting tax and I'm really looking forward to checking it out when it gets here. Thanks for sharing your insight, comparing the clone to the Original Stihl ms380 magnum. 😎👍

You shpould buy a parts kits and build one,fun time for sure. Neotec has some darn good saws for sure.

Amazon currently has the saw on sale for only $220. I ordered one today. Even if it's not quite as good or long-lasting is a stihl I believe I could purchase five of these for the price of a Stihl comparable saw

Look into muffler mods and good carb tuning I've ran the dog shit out of this saw and still no issues I actually quite using my stihl to perseve it as this does the job just as good

Did you tune the saw or is that out the box tune?

You'll want to tune it. They come set rich from the factory. When i tuned my F660V it was a beast out of the box. It was astounding the difference it made when i tuned it to just 12,000 rpm (13,500 is stock Stihl tune). Was maybe hitting 9-10,000 Rpm out of the box. After a few more tracks of fuel I'm going to bump it up to 13,000RPM

Basically the same saw. I have the Farmmac F660V (PRO version MS660 Clone). I loved mine out of the box. I found a factory defect in the cylinder (bad honing scratch you could EASILY feel with your nail) and they basically said it should be fine just run it until it quits then we will do something.
