Nice to see a real time video of this process. Obviously It would be nice to get the log about waste high. Looking for a good way to achieve that.

You’ve probably figured this out already, but for anyone else who might want to get into this - here are some tips beyond all the equipment you need. Plane your slabs on the top side while its still attached to the log. Your mill will slide alot smoother and your cut will be a whole lot easier. Genuinly was the biggest improvement in how demanding this process is on my end.
