Amazing shots taken here. I like the tactic used to stop a running rat in it’s tracks. To name just two shots, 2:21 and 4:03. I sometimes forget this is done in complete darkness. You are the best at what you do. Out at the farms and editing your footage. 👍👍

I must say the accuracy of your set up now is phenomenal. The performance of a modern decent PCP is unrivalled. My benchmark with my better springers sub 12 ft lbs is sub 20mm at 20 metres - twin sandbag rested - at around 4.5 mag on my scopes. Enjoyed the video and very good shooting.

Hi Jeff, great video, a big thank you to your gunsmith. You are killing them stone cold dead. I can hear a difference in your gun, not only in the power putting out, but also the sound of your reload. Has a quieter sound. Those rats didn't know what hit them. Lol. Take care 🐭🐭🐭

Great shootin' mate. Love watching you from across the pond here in Utah. We hardly have rats here and not near as big. Can't believe how big some of those buggers are!!! Maybe next I'm visiting me cousins in Newcastle I'll see if I can get me a gun and a farm with some rats!

Oh yeah.. Comparing this video to the last, you can see the difference in power. Looks like you trust your sight again too, immediately dropping a mil dot down for that rat. Was it just the breech seal as you first thought Jeff?

Hi mate no it wasn’t the seals it just needed a good clean it hasn’t been cleaned for the past 18 months and it’s had over 10,000 pellets through it

I agree to seeing the pellets being slower last video Those inlet/outlet ports must have been really dirty to half the power of the gun, I assume you just been greasing the gun and shooting it for solid 18 months? Although it must have been downgrading over last few months, how often do you chrony the gun?

@@doubletapairgunning6477 hi mate to be honest I only ever clean the barrel I had it chronoed a few months ago it was a bit low then had it turned up a touch but I have never had a full strip down and clean properly so it’s been slowly getting lower on the power over the past few months so this should last me another six months and I’ll put it back again to get a throughly good clean

Hi mate the problem was with the gun not the scope mate because of the lack of power it was knocking the zero out
