Haitani brothers aren't ranked higher than Mocchi, i think they wear black uniform just because they want to stand out. We have met them once before, during the Valhalla arc. They came to watch the fight. Also, the guy that looks like a knock-off Draken... He was introduced as a former leader of 9th gen Black Dragons. If i'm not mistaken, 9th gen was the one crushed by Toman, so i hope we will see some interactions between him and OG Toman members or Inupi, since he clearly was part of Black Dragons at that time. Which brought me to a thought... Was Kakucho talking about Koko and Inupi? But he said traitor, not traitors...

Love your reactions. Also to clarify they are saying this is a continuation of season 2 which is indeed true for the final part (Kisaki's plot) but I would say this should have been labeled as season 3. Also this is The Best Arc of the whole series!
