Not a fan of the dark brown wood but this apartment is amazing value for money. It is the perfect size, nice balcony. Amazing location, we were in Dubai last week and we enjoyed a drink at the roof top bar (Cé la vi) of that building. It was expensive but worth it, amzing view with a nice pool with an amazing view on the burj khalifa.

Agreed: that view is incredulous but it's about the only flawless aspect of the apartment. Bedrooms feel small, no separate shower and bath, the kitchen design feels tacky and uninspired etc.
